For much of my life—through childhood and into my early twenties—I lived under the weight of my parents’ and society’s expectations stduying all the way to Ph.D. but not really knowing what I wanted. Everything changed in 2011, when a psychiatric ER visit brought me face-to-face with severe anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. That wake-up call ignited my commitment to a deep spiritual self-discovery journey: to understand who I truly am, why I’m here, and how to live with joy.
Over the past decade, through daily meditation, certifications, and guiding clients, I’ve immersed myself in soul-purpose coaching, crystal healing, angelic channeling, Ayurveda, Feng Shui, and yoga.
