All my guided meditation targets your Spiritual Body--the inner layer of your existence. This translates to the outermost layer of your auric field powered by your crown chakra--which expands your aura--so that you can become radiant and magnetic.

Here is the explanation: according to the Upanishads (ancient Indian spiritual texts), humans possess three bodies: the Physical Body, made up of the five primary elements (earth, water, fire, air, and space); the Astral Body, an energy body that acts as a bridge between physical and spiritual realms and contains the chakras; and the Spiritual or Causal Body, which stores karma and connects us to the Divine.

Within these three bodies are the five Koshas of consciousness. The Annamaya Kosha, or food sheath, is the first and outermost layer within the physical body. The subsequent three sheaths reside in the Astral Body: the Pranamaya Kosha (vital sheath) sustains life processes like breathing and digestion; the Manomaya Kosha (mental sheath) encompasses our thoughts, emotions, and memories; and the Vijnanamaya Kosha (wisdom sheath) is linked to our intellect and intuition. Finally, the Anandamaya Kosha, or blissful sheath, is the deepest layer, fostering sensations of joy, love, and a sense of oneness and is located in the Spiritual Body.

Here is an overview of these three bodies and five Koshas, along with specific meditation techniques suitable for each layer.

Annamaya Kosha (Physical Body)

Meditation Techniques: Body Scan, Moving Meditation (Yoga, Ayurveda, Qi Gong, Tai Qi, Mindful Walking, Dancing, Painting, Gardening).

Pranamaya Kosha (Energy Body)

Meditation Technique: Breath Work, Chakra Meditation, Kundalini Meditation.

Manomaya Kosha (Mental Body)

Vijnanamaya Kosha (Wisdom Body)

* Vipassana meditation is an ancient form of meditation that focuses on self-observation to understand the impermanent and interconnected nature of all things, aiming to cultivate deep insight and equanimity. It is taught in a 10-day residence setting.

Solfeggio frequencies are a set of specific sound frequencies are also called Sacred frequencies. They have healing properties and can positively affect the mind and body. These frequencies have been associated with ancient spiritual practices, particularly in Gregorian chants and various healing traditions, and are thought to influence emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

What are Binual Beats?

When two tones of slightly different frequencies are played in separate ears simultaneously (usually through headphones), the human brain perceives the creation of a new, third tone, whose frequency is equivalent to the difference between the two tones being played. This auditory illusion is called a binaural beat. For example, if a person hears a tone of 408 Hz in one ear and a tone of 415 Hz in the other, they would be hearing a binaural beat with a frequency of 7 Hz.

Here's how binaural beats work and their commonly associated brainwave states:

• Delta (1-4 Hz) - Associated with deep sleep and relaxation, often used for promoting restful sleep and deep physical relaxation.
• Theta (4-8 Hz) - Linked to meditation, creativity, and a relaxed, dreamlike state. Theta waves are common during deep meditation and light sleep (like REM).
• Alpha (8-14 Hz) - Often associated with a calm, relaxed, yet alert state. Alpha waves are linked to a meditative, slightly dreamy state of relaxation.
• Beta (14-30 Hz) - Connected to active thinking, problem-solving, and focus. Beta waves are dominant in normal waking consciousness.
• Gamma (30+ Hz) - Linked to peak concentration, alertness, and higher cognitive functions. Gamma waves are associated with higher learning and memory recall.

For binaural beats to work, it is suggested they be listened to with stereo headphones, as each ear needs to receive a different frequency for the brain to create the beat. They are widely available in music streaming platforms, apps, and sound therapy practices. 

Meditation’s primary aim is to calm the mind, not to eliminate thoughts or emotions. Instead, the practice involves observing these thoughts and emotions without attachment, allowing them to arise and pass naturally. This process aligns your brain waves with the Alpha or Theta states, associated with deep relaxation and inward focus.

Using solfeggio frequency music in guided meditations can facilitate this state. The Alpha and Theta brain states are notably powerful. Beginners might take 10- 20 minutes daily, extending when under stress to get to the Alpha or Theta brain wave. Experienced meditators can achieve these brainwaves within 2-5 minutes. However, the more you meditate, the more you enjoy the prolonged states of peace and oneness, often leading to longer sessions or retreats. 

It generally takes about 21 days to form a meditation habit, although benefits can be felt immediately. Setting specific intentions for each meditation session can greatly enhance its effectiveness. For instance, aiming to connect with your spirit team can facilitate spiritual connections more quickly than meditating without a clear intention.
